The Dreaming Man

The photographs explore masculinity in a limited space seeking answers to the intimate relationship between a man and a woman. The photographs are visual metaphors for the presence of passing moments, taking us back to memories and to a feeling of last farewell. The photographic moments include visualizations of the past, nostalgic memories of youth, close friendship and loneliness.

The photos were shot in Moulins-sur-Quanne, Bourgogne in 2019 in the chambre of the country house, the space we shared frequently. At present the man is gone and the photographs remain to evoke memories in the flesh.

A series of the photographs will be presented in the exposition.
